These terms are between you (and the agency you use Snovi for) and Snovi. They apply to the web app at app.snovi.dev, the Snovi app for Windows, and this site. By using Snovi you agree to them.

Snovi today

Snovi is invite-only and being built in the open. It is free while pricing is set: nothing is charged and nothing is limited, and you will be told before anything is. Features change often, and the changelog says what changed. The status page shows whether it is running.

Your account and your team

• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• A workspace's owners decide who is in it, and can remove members; removing someone ends their access at once.
• Use Snovi for lawful work. Do not use it to send spam, to break into anything, or to process data you have no right to process.

What is yours

Everything you and your agents put into your workspace is yours. We use it only to run Snovi for you, as the privacy page describes. You can ask for an export, or for your account and workspace to be deleted, at any time.

Agents, Claude Code and approvals

• Your agents run in Claude Code on your own computer, under your own Anthropic account. Your use of Claude Code is also governed by Anthropic's terms, and its cost is on your plan.
• Agents can be wrong. Snovi sends anything that reaches a client, moves money or deploys to your Inbox for approval, and you decide how much else an agent may do alone. What you approve is your decision.
• The Code tab runs real terminals and real Claude Code sessions on your computer, with your permissions. Treat them as you would your own terminal.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep Snovi available, secure and your data intact, including nightly copies of the database. While Snovi is free and in early access it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what an agent or a connected service does. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You can stop using Snovi at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why.

Changes

We may change these terms as Snovi changes. The date at the top changes with them; anything that matters is noted in the changelog and, once prices exist, told to you before it applies.
