Snovi is an operating system for agencies: leads, clients, projects, tasks, messages and AI agents, in a web app and a Windows app. This page says what we keep about you and your agency, where it lives, who else handles it, and how to have it corrected or removed. It is written to be read, not to cover us.
Who we are
Snovi is run by the people who build it. For anything on this page, including a request about your data, use the Contact form; the people who build Snovi read it and reply by email.
What we keep
- Your account. Your name, email address, and a one-way hash of your password if you set one. We never store the password itself.
- Your workspace. What you and your team put in: leads, clients, projects, tasks, comments, messages, approvals, documents, and your agents with their instructions, memory, activity and results.
- Requests and messages to us. The email, name, agency and note you send with Request access or the Contact form.
- Connections you choose to make. If you connect a service (for example GitHub, Apollo or Google), we keep the key or sign-in grant it gives us, encrypted, and use it only for your workspace. You can disconnect at any time.
- Keys the Snovi app uses. The Windows app signs in with its own key, which expires after ninety days and can be revoked in Settings. We keep only a fingerprint of it.
- What keeps the service running. The API sees your IP address to answer requests and to slow down repeated attempts to sign in or send forms. We do not build profiles and we do not sell anything about you.
Cookies
The app sets two cookies, both needed to use it: lorem_session keeps you signed in (for up to thirty days) and lorem_csrf protects your actions from other sites. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, on the app or on this site. Your browser also remembers a few display choices, such as the sidebar and theme, on your own device.
Where it is kept
Our servers are with Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. The database is run by Neon on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany. A copy of the database is made every night and kept on our server in Germany so we can recover from a failure.
Your agents and Claude
Snovi's agents run in Claude Code on your own computer, signed in to your own Anthropic account and plan. When an agent works, the text it reads from your workspace goes to Anthropic through your Claude Code, under your agreement with Anthropic, not through us. Snovi's server does not send your workspace to an AI provider, unless an owner switches the workspace to run its agents through the Claude API with the workspace's own key; then our server makes those calls with that key.
Who else handles it
- Hetzner (Germany): the servers that run Snovi.
- Neon, on Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt, Germany): the database.
- Google Fonts: this site and the app load a typeface from Google, which sees your IP address when it sends it.
- Services you connect, only when you connect them, and only for what the connection is for.
We do not send email through any provider yet; invite and sign-in links are passed on by hand. When that changes, the provider will be listed here first.
How long we keep it
Your account and workspace stay while you use Snovi. When a member is removed from a workspace, their access ends at once, and what they wrote stays in the workspace with their name on it. Ask us through the Contact form and we will export your workspace, or delete your account and workspace. Nightly copies of the database are kept for recovery; we have not yet set the period after which old copies are deleted, and this page will say when we do.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we keep about you, to object to how we use it, or to restrict it. Use the Contact form and we will answer within a month. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes, and anything that matters is noted in the changelog.
